With so many people renovating their homes amid unprecedented manufacturing and delivery interruptions, we’re still experiencing order fulfillment delays. Please know that we are doing the best we can to help you create your Semihandmade spaces as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Ikea Pick Up & Delivery
Ikea is open for in-store shopping. They’re also accepting online pickup and delivery orders for Sektion (kitchen), Besta (media), and Godmorgon (bathroom). Some regions may be experiencing shipping delays or are carrying limited stock. Be sure to check directly with your local Ikea for updates.
When Will Your Order Ship?
Please see our regularly-updated Order Lead Times page to get information on how long it will take for your order to be shipped after you pay (aka “lead time”).
Our Showrooms Are Open
You can book in-person appointments to visit our showrooms in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Minneapolis and Seattle. In addition to experiencing Semihandmade kitchens in person, you'll also be able to see and touch all of our samples and get personalized help with your order. Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status, and hand sanitizer is available—your safety is our highest priority. Please note that due to local mandates, proof of vaccination is required for all in-person appointments in our New York City location.
Online Zoom Consultations
Though our showrooms are open, you can also book an appointment over Zoom and get the same level of service you would in person. We’ll show you our materials, walk you through our process, and help you place your order—all from the comfort of your home.
Extended Daily Service Hours
